Do I need to book a full Thailand package?
No. This page is specifically for Coral Island / Koh Larn activity bookings. If your flights and hotel are already arranged, you can book the island experience separately.
What exactly is included in the ₹499 package?
The ₹499 package is the entry package shown as Hotel Pickup + Speedboat + Lunch. It does not include the paid water-sport add-ons listed in the higher packages. Always review the selected package name and inclusions before payment.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, hotel pickup is included in the package names shown on this page, subject to the hotel being within the operator's pickup coverage. Enter your hotel during booking. If the hotel is outside the standard zone, we will confirm a meeting point or any additional transfer requirement before the trip.
Can I choose a pickup point?
Tell us your Pattaya hotel or preferred pickup location in the booking form. The local operator will confirm the exact pickup point and time. Do not assume an unconfirmed location is covered.
Where does the speedboat leave from?
Coral Island speedboat services commonly operate from Bali Hai Pier in South Pattaya. Your final voucher/WhatsApp confirmation will show the exact meeting or boarding instructions for your operator.
How long is the speedboat ride?
The crossing is typically around 15–30 minutes, but actual duration depends on the route, sea conditions and operator. Open-sea rides can be bumpy.
Is lunch included?
Yes. All eight package names on this page include lunch. Lunch is generally arranged through the local operator after or around the return journey. Restaurant, menu and exact timing can vary by operating day.
Is Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food available?
Indian-style buffet/restaurant lunch may be provided depending on the operating partner. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are subject to that day's restaurant. If food is important for your group, confirm the menu with KBGTRIPS before travel.
Is Jain food available?
Jain food is not guaranteed. We recommend Jain travellers inform us before booking and not assume that a separate Jain meal will be available.
What is the mid-sea / floating platform stop?
Some Coral Island speedboat operators use a water-sports platform or activity point before reaching the island. It is where activities such as parasailing or Sea Walk may be conducted. If your selected operator uses one, the stop and your activity details will be confirmed. If you do not purchase an activity, follow the crew's instructions while the boat continues the programme.
What is Underwater Sea Walk?
It is a helmet-based underwater experience where guests walk along the seabed while breathing air supplied to the helmet. It is different from scuba diving. Swimming ability may not be required, but age, health, weight, weather and operator restrictions apply.
Can a non-swimmer do the activities?
Some activities can be done by non-swimmers, but not every activity is suitable for every guest. Life jackets and instructor guidance are used where applicable. The local operator has the final say on safety and participation.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Sea and weather conditions can affect boat movement and water sports. The local operator may change the timing, route, activity, or cancel an activity when conditions are unsafe. Refund/rebooking treatment depends on the applicable operator policy.
Can children join?
Children can join many Coral Island experiences, but each activity can have its own age, height, weight and safety limits. Tell us the children's ages when booking so we can check the selected activities.
Is the trip suitable for pregnant travellers or older guests?
The speedboat can be rough in open water. Pregnant travellers and guests with serious heart, back or other relevant medical conditions should not assume the trip is suitable. Check with a medical professional and the local operator before booking.
Can I add another activity after booking?
Possibly, subject to availability and local operating capacity. WhatsApp KBGTRIPS before the travel date so we can check the add-on.
What should I carry?
Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a dry change of clothes, waterproof phone protection and some Thai Baht for personal expenses. Keep your booking confirmation and phone charged.
What if I miss the hotel pickup?
Be in the lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. A missed pickup/no-show can be treated according to the operator's policy. If you are delayed, call or WhatsApp KBGTRIPS immediately.
What happens after Razorpay payment?
After a successful payment, the payment is verified and the booking request is sent for local confirmation. KBGTRIPS then shares the booking reference/voucher and pickup instructions through WhatsApp as applicable.
Is this directly operated by KBGTRIPS?
KBGTRIPS is the India-side booking and support partner. The actual Pattaya transport, speedboat and water-sport operations are handled locally by the activity operator.
